Accuracy is the reason TeacherPay AU exists, so we treat every reported error as urgent.

How to report an error

Use our contact form and choose "A figure looks wrong". Tell us the page, the figure and, if you can, the source that shows the right number (a payslip line, agreement clause or department page).

What we do

• We check the figure against the primary source, usually within one working day.
• If it's wrong, we fix it everywhere it appears (pay data is stored once, so one fix updates every page and calculator).
• Material corrections are noted on the page's state tracker or the page itself.
• If you've bought a premium report that relied on a wrong figure, we'll refund you on request.
